It is the annual membership drive for the Ashland Oregon Chamber of Commerce.  It is a great way to meet new people, find out about local businesses, and market yourself.  I can almost guarantee that the price you pay for one years will more than come back to you in your business.
We average about 10 direct website referrals a month from the directory on the chamber website.  I encourage anyone to call me to talk more about this business opportunity.

Ashland and Medford Homes Sales Statistics - 02/02/09 06:38 PM
Posted below are the 2008  statistics for Jackson County which include Ashland and Medford.  The number of existing homes sales fell by 288 units and the median sales price fell 13.5% from $260,000 to $225,000.  However, the median price is still up from 2003 when the median price was $175,200.
