Well, it was time to go back to my maiden name due to life changes, namely divorce. So consequently, I need to order new business cards. Not a big deal until I realized, it is about time to get a new picture. There should be a rule that no more than 10 years can pass before you MUST order a new picture. It has not been 10 years, but it is pretty darn close to being that long.

In West Medford only 20% of the closed home sales were non-distressed.

As you can see by the graph 2009 and 2010 were the "big" years. So far for 2011 the number is down, but the year is only half through.
