Homes are still selling in the Great Valley School District and a good variety of them as well. Take a look at the list below to see what has sold in February 2009. As with most questions about real estate the answer is "It Depends" and that is still true today. Homes are still selling but it depends on price, condition, location and amenities. Homes are selling in the Downingtown School District, although this February 23 sold and last February 37 sold. We are still in a Buyer's Market for the Downingtown School District. If you need to sell your house it absolutely need to be priced right, presented properly (aka staged) and marketed heavily. And if you don't need to move you should stay in your home!
