I recently listened to a webinar where a top agent was being interviewed.  The agent said, "It's pretty sad when you can't tell the client from the agent." Lakeway annexing 1,000 acres in the next 10 years - 11/05/10 10:05 AM
Lakeway plans on annexing about 1,000 acres in the next 10 years which is planned for single and multi-family homes as well as mixed-used developments.  The Lakeway Regional Medical Center is projected to be completed in 2012 and with this new hospital comes a need for homes. Legend Communities which developed Rough Hollow and Tuscan Village owns the majority of the undeveloped land in Lakeway. The growth in residential real estate has increased the commercial real estate growth with 8 new commercial developments planned which will include hotels, restaurants, and medical complexes.
