ma: Attention MA professionals! Free networking event! - 06/14/11 02:38 PM

Hi everyone!

I'm the chairman of the YPN committee (Young Professional Network) at the Northeast Association of Realtors and we are having a networking event this Thursday, June 16th from 7-10pm. The event will take place at the Brewery Exchange on Cabot Street in Lowell in the Harvard Room. This event is open to everyone! You do not need to be a Realtor to come and network with us! ma: Middlesex County Market Watch! Q1 - 06/09/10 03:22 PM

As of the 1st quarter in 2010 the average sales price in Middlesex County has dropped slightly to $459,400. This is down from the end of 2009, with the 4th quarter coming in at $466,400. The average days on market has stayed the same at 86 days and many of the towns within Middlesex County did see an increase on their average sales prices. ma: Essex County MArket Watch! Q1 - 06/09/10 03:08 PM

The numbers are in! The average sales price in Essex county was slightly raised in the first quarter of 2010 to $388,900. This is up from $387,300 to end the 4th quarter of 2009. It may be a small increase but, any improvement is good news as far a I'm concerned!
