middlesex county: Middlesex County Market Watch! Q1 - 06/09/10 03:22 PM

As of the 1st quarter in 2010 the average sales price in Middlesex County has dropped slightly to $459,400. This is down from the end of 2009, with the 4th quarter coming in at $466,400. The average days on market has stayed the same at 86 days and many of the towns within Middlesex County did see an increase on their average sales prices.
