quarterly report: Essex County MArket Watch! Q1 - 06/09/10 03:08 PM

The numbers are in! The average sales price in Essex county was slightly raised in the first quarter of 2010 to $388,900. This is up from $387,300 to end the 4th quarter of 2009. It may be a small increase but, any improvement is good news as far a I'm concerned!
