selling: Middlesex County Market Watch! Q1 - 06/09/10 03:22 PM
As of the 1st quarter in 2010 the average sales price in Middlesex County has dropped slightly to $459,400. This is down from the end of 2009, with the 4th quarter coming in at $466,400. The average days on market has stayed the same at 86 days and many of the towns within Middlesex County did see an increase on their average sales prices. selling: Essex County MArket Watch! Q1 - 06/09/10 03:08 PM
The numbers are in! The average sales price in Essex county was slightly raised in the first quarter of 2010 to $388,900. This is up from $387,300 to end the 4th quarter of 2009. It may be a small increase but, any improvement is good news as far a I'm concerned!
