When You're Buying a Home, Don't Be a TAILGATER! - 11/27/10 12:46 PM
Have you ever been driving along, minding your own business, when another car comes flying up behind you and starts riding your back bumper? Sometimes, they're so close you can't even see their headlights. What do they think they're going to do, push you out of the way? Of course, being the rational human being that I am, I always do one thing when I'm being tailgated... SLOW DOWN. Yes, it actually is the safe thing to do. A letter to my family and friends about real estate referrals - 11/24/10 03:02 PM
I love this post by Marian Goetzinger, an agent in South Carolina. As Realtors, there are many times we have family and friends who would love to help us with our careers but don't know how. Like Marian, I would love to help you buy or sell your home, even if you're not in the Greater Rochester area. My company is a member of the largest relocation network in the country, so wherever you're moving to or from, chances are I can find you a well-qualified agent to help you out. "Why haven't they made an offer? Can't you get them to do something?" - 11/22/10 12:06 PM
This is a great post from Tish Lloyd, an agent in North Carolina. I see this scenario play out so often, and it's understandably frustrating to sellers. As Tish does a great job explaining, sometimes you have to just sit back and trust that your agent knows what he or she is doing. The right buyer will come eventually! Via Tish Lloyd Real Estate Agent Wrightsville Beach, NC (Prudential Laney Real Estate 910.547.1446): "Why haven't they made an offer? Can't you get them to do something?" Sellers, I feel your pain. I know how frustrating it can be to have a potential buyer (2 comments)
