Listing Photos and Lazy Realtors - 04/08/10 11:30 AM
Each day as I am looking for homes for my buyers in Colorado Springs, I run across a home that looks like it fits the criteria from the outside picture. I proceed on and click the pictures link to find that the listing agent did not take any photos of the inside. What? Now- I understand if the agent can not get inside the home because it is bank-owned and they don't have access yet. I am not talking about that kind of listing.
