Do you need air conditioning in your Colorado Springs home? I get this question a lot when I am working with buyers that are relocating to the area and are not sure of the climate. The answer is it depends- Do you like to sweat? If you do not have air conditioning, chances are that you will be sweating in your home at some point during the summer months. When I relocated to Colorado Springs almost 10 years ago, my husband picked out the home without me. When we arrived to move in mid-June, the first thing I was trying (1 comments)
Colorado Springs Buyers- Why Should You Use a Buyer's Agent? - 05/25/10 05:03 PM
I have worked with many buyers in Colorado Springs and I have also had the pleasure of working with sellers as well. It seems like a lot of buyers these days think that the best way to get a good deal is to go straight to the builder or the listing agent of the home. Homes are selling in Colorado Springs! If you are priced below $200,000 you have a great chance of selling your home rather quickly if it is in good conditon and priced competitively for the area. However, notice that if you are priced above $450,000 you could be waiting a year and a half to sell. I believe it is very important to get your home in the best condition, hire a stager and price it VERY competitively. Homes in the higher price range are still selling, but they are usually the ones in the best condition for a very competitive price. (0 comments)

Via Nestor & Katerina Gasset Realtors® Wellington Florida Luxury Homes (International Properties and Investments, Inc.): There is so much internet chatter going on about strategic defaults since 60 minutes aired and had a segment on homeowners just walking away from their homes. Is it tempting for you to just leave the keys on the table and get out from underwater? (1 comments)
