A bill that will regulate puppy mills in Wisconsin was introduced by Wisconsin's Sen. Pat Kreitlow, Rep. Jeff Smith, Sen. Alberta Darling and Rep. Christine Sinicki. The bill will establish a licensing and inspection program to regulate the commercial breeders annually selling 25 or more dogs in Wisconsin.
Wisconsin is one of the few states left with virtually no regulation, licensing or inspection program to enforce basic standards for the humane care of dogs being used for breeding, or of the puppies being sold. I was reading my Wisconsin Real Estate Magazine today, and in it, there was a blurb about On line Social Media. According to the article, 2004 marked the year of new on line social media technologies,which originally penetrated youth culture, then universities, then trade professionals.

By 2009, Facebook is expected to reach an audience of 200 million active users! If Facebook were a country, it would have the world's eighth largest population! That is amazing....I wonder where Active Rain will be at the end of the year?

Often times, a buyer will say to me or any Realtor, "How is the area?" for a particular home. As you know, we have to be careful in our answers. The best way to deal with this question, is to refer the buyer to the "fact finder" section of the U.S. Census Bureau's Web site (www.factfinder.census.gov). Here, they can find racial, ethnic, and income breakdowns. If they want more information than is found here, refer them to the city government. Just in case I don't respond to anyone's comments on my blog posts, please don't be offended! I simply am no longer getting emails alerting me of a new comment, as I used to. I emailed Brad about this yesterday, and thought it was because of all of my computer issues lately, but he too, noticed this issue. Never accept the first fare quoted. Half the time, some other airline's flight within hours of the one you booked has a special, less expensive deal.
Take advantage of "illegal" connections. These are connecting fights usually less than 45 minutes apart-too close for airlines to feel safe in making them connect. Result.- These flights usually do not even show up on the computer when your trip is being routed. Way out Have your agent write up your flight on two separate tickets. Great Animal Story!! - 04/02/09 09:02 AM

In 2003, police inWarwickshire, England, opened a garden shed and found a whimpering, cowering dog. It had been locked in the shed and abandoned. It was dirty and malnourished, and had clearly been abused. In an act of kindness, the police took the dog, which was a greyhound female, to the nearbyNuneaton and Warwickshire Wildlife Sanctuary, run by a man named Geoff Grewcock and known as a willing haven for animals abandoned, orphaned or otherwise in need..
