I read an article last week in THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL magazine, May/June 2009 issue.
Apparently, Candy Spelling, widow of entertainment icon Aaron Spelling and mother to Tori, admits she used her dog to select her real estate agent! She is selling her husband's mansion for $150 million. I know, I know, wouldn't we all like that listing???
To choose her agent, Candy allowed the dog to sniff each Realtor candidate. If the dog reacted badly, the agent was dismissed. The moral of the story? Yet another reason to be kind to animals...it just might get you the … (46 comments)

Hello. Along with being a full time realtor, I am also a full time animal lover and activist! During this time of year, it is so easy to go into a pet store and purchase a puppy for Christmas. Please don't! If you want to add a companion animal to your home, please adopt from your local animal shelters. Many petstores throughout the US buy their puppies from Puppy Mills.
