The best way to deal with this question, is to refer the buyer to the "fact finder" section of the U.S. Census Bureau's Web site (www.factfinder.census.gov). I found this article in the WRA's Realtor Newsletter Weekly, and was suprised on how far we haven't come! In this day of technology and environment concern, I can't believe it would be so many years away to have paperless closings. I hope the timeline below is incorrect!

I am PROUD to say, that last night for New Years Eve, I was able to stay awake until 12:10am!! Yee haw! How about you? I pushed myself to make it to the stroke of midnight, since I fell asleep early the last couple years! Must be all the junk food and champagne, right?
