1. Remove paint from hands. Freshly painted walls can leave your hands stained with stubborn splatters. Mix a teaspoon of olive oil with a pinch of baking soda or sugar and use it to gently rub away dried drips. 2. Unstick zippers. Zippers will slide smoothly again with the help of a little oil. Mothers Day should be a time to remind us that we have been neglecting our duties as sons and daughters. This relationship is sacred let us honor our mothers. Once we got in contact with Kristin, listings came quickly, viewings shortly after that and once we decided to put an offer in, Kristin was extremely responsive to all parties which helped the buying process go much more quickly and smoothly than (12 comments)

remax: Duct Tape.....Who Knew? - 03/06/13 06:44 AM
Duct tape was originally made for U.S. Army use with a green cotton DUCK backing. When soldiers brought it home and used it to make repairs such as connecting heating ducts, it was manufactured in silver and called DUCT tape.
The Apollo 13 Astronauts used duct tape to fit the square carbon monoxide filters from their broken command module into the round receptacles in the lunar module so there would be enough oxygen to get home. It worked!

remax: NOT ALL THIEVES ARE STUPID!! - 03/05/13 07:05 AM
My mom emailed this to me....interesting points....I hadn't thought of alot of these. NOT ALL THIEVES ARE STUPID!! I have to remember this.
