Some of the first time home buyers that I am working with are taking advantage of the Rural Housing Program. I found this helpful resource to help determine if a home they are interested in will qualify, before we research it further. It has saved a great deal of time and effort, and is wonderful if you can't contact the lender in the meantime either. Enjoy!
