I admit, I am not a short sale expert.  I have not been involved with tons of short sale transactions. Hello everyone!  I am looking for some advice.  I have a client who is considering a short sale of her home.  She recently went through a divorce, is losing one of her jobs, etc.  She has OK credit, has never been late on payments, and is in the process of negotiating a loan modification with her bank.  However, she wants to sell her home and move into a condo.
