This morning the annual "Platinum Top 50" (PT 50) awards ceremony was held in downtown San Antonio. What starts out with over 2,000 entries of successful Realtors is narrowed down to around 200 who are invited to breakfast and then the final 50 is announced at the awards ceremony. What everyone waits for all year!

I have noticed something unusually odd the last couple of days. Something that shouldn't surprise me, but does. It is quite frankly freaking me out a tad because it is so unusual to me.
I have encountered VERY nice & VERY friendly individuals in retail stores, restaurants & service shops.
I know service shouldn't be a surprise, good service should be a given. BUT, i'm not used to it.
