The San Antonio Board of Realtors has released it's MLS stats for December 2008. Here are the high spots: The top FOUR sales prices for homes that sold in December, 2008 for San Antonio, Texas were: 1. $120,000 to $139,999 (at 166 homes sold). 2. $100,000 to $119,999 (at 116 homes sold). 3. $140,000 to $159,999 (TIED @ 116 homes sold). 4. $200,000 to $249,999 (added a fourth since it was so close @ 114 homes) Days on market is below, the highest amount was 120+ with the lowest in the 91-120 days time frame. *Information deemed from SABOR MLS If you missed my

I recently worked with a first time homebuyer. She was a referral with perfect credit, cash in the bank & a stable, good paying job. As a first time buyer she was very excited and stressed at the same time. She had a ton of questions, as well, she should have. Buying a home is a big deal!! I like working with first time homebuyers because they ask questions, the basic ones. They tend to listen to your answers and value professional opinions. Wildhorse is located at Braun & 1604 (right outside the loop). Wildhorse is a DR Horton Community that is on it's last phase of development with homes from the 160's. I learned this long ago but just recently posted it on my desk as a REMINDER to myself. When to say BUH-BYE to your buyers (in the words of David Spade). 1.
