Can anyone help??

I have been trying to get in touch with the REO dept at Aurora Loan Services for the past week and I thought I would ask if all my fellow Rainers can help.

There is a property in my area that Aurora has foreclosed on a few months ago. As far as I can find out, it has not been listed or pre-listed with any agents yet so I am determined to give it a shot to try to get them to list it with me. And considering this is a unique property and I already have another similar home pending in the area, I think I am qualified. Being the agent that I am, I have to at least try for it. Problem is I haven't been able to find a number that isn't automated. I was able to speak to one woman and she had no clue what I was asking about. Help please!?

I'm not asking for AM names (I know how annoying that is)...I just need to find a phone number to speak to an actual person that has a clue about what I am talking about. An e-mail address would do too. If anyone has any contact info they would be willing to share, I would be eternally grateful!
