A few weeks ago our Lola Audu and Gwyn Besner announced that they were hosting joint continuing education classes here in Michigan.
Lola, after much hard work and persistance, had received approval from the state ofMichigan for her Blogging and Web 2.0 for real estate professionals continual educationclasses. Gwyn would be teaching the Code of Ethics class that would give professionals both ofthe required 2 hour legal updates credit and the NAR required 2nd cycle of Quadrennialtraining class.When I read about their combined classes I knew I had to make the effort to be there for many personal reasons:

A couple of months ago I was contacted by John Marker from Keller Williams in Northville. John and his lovely wife Lisa are fellow ActiveRain bloggers and we had occasionally left comments on each others blogs and have kept track of the real estate market in each others areas via blogging.  
John had listed a REO condo in the northern end of Macomb County and as it was quite a drive down what I lovingly call The Parking Lot (I-696) he wanted someone in my area who could follow up on the calls he received by potential buyers. He had tried … (7 comments)

As I write these articles of interest (I hope you find them interesting) I have become more aware with each passing day of how far reaching the blogging world and the Internet truly is. I have had communication from people from all over the country, and locally more consumers are reaching out with questions and comments to me via email and the good old fashioned phone.
