Here is a cut & paste of PART of the announcement on the USDA website here in the Dairyland State of Wisconsin! Please note that the numbers I will list below are "staggering" because last year, in the State of Wisconsin, $257 million dollars worth of USDA loans were done! As evidenced below, ALREADY, at the halfway point of the year, the USDA has guaranteed $145 million dollars worth of loans! That works out to SHATTER the record set last year by 33 million dollars! Well, today I emailed my Account REP at JP Morgan Chase, to let him know that we are STILL ALIVE & WELL! I asked him if there have been any changes I need to be aware of, or pitfalls..etc...regarding USDA LOANS, and the "as improved" product, ...and this was his response! Well, after my first 6 months witih Active Rain, I thought I might share my questions, comments, observations, suggestions, problems, antics, and issues that I have encountered in a very short period of time! So far, my overall impression of ACTIVE RAIN, is that it is a "combination" of 145,000 people all playing "rock em sock em robots". It is BLUE (ego) vs. Red (actual working knowledge). This is TOO good of a program to let pass you by! We have GREAT interest rates right now! Add to that the wonderful tax credit you will get, plus a little bit of FHA or USDA, and you get a great home at a great price, with great terms, and no landlord! Best of all, little or no down payment!!!!! STOP RENTING and start buying people! Call me! I need phone calls! Seriously! This is the best things have been, period, end of story!
