appraisers: How about a SUCCESSFUL HVCC story......or TWO!! - 08/01/09 02:36 PM
Well, within the last 72 hours, I have had 2 SUCCESSFUL appraisals fall within the HVCC guidelines! They have both been delivered at/or above the purchase price, and we are "ROLLING ROLLING ROLLING!" I thought with ALL THE NEGATIVE publicity it has been getting, I would give the HVCC some solid PUB! Even though my friend Rowdy here is still a little doubtful, I am confident we can overcome this HVCC issue. In the two examples I am about to give, one was ordered thru the WELLS FARGO system, and the other through the Bank of America system! To clarify too,

Much like many of my posts, I am inspired by something that happened to me, is happening, or has happened to someone else, or in this case, a blog by another ACTIVE RAINER. I spoke to a couple of senior members on this website before I posted this information, because I had considered linking to the blog that inspired me, as well as some of the comments that had been left.. Well, after much thought, I have decided to just post information instead...and let everyone reading draw their own conclusions! This is a VERY evil two word phrase right now,

This looks nice huh?? I have worked over 22 different golf outings in the last 11 years, and here is my SHORT LIST of suggestions to make them WORK FOR YOU and/or your business! One question before we begin though....Do you have business cards on you right now?? 1. GET assigned a PAR 3 hole if possible! (more on that later) 2. Give away an item for closest WOMAN to the PIN! SPA treatment or day,massage, etc..etc Here's the rub, many GOLF OUTINGS are designed as "play times" for THE GUYS! Women are ignored quite often at these events and dont
