brokers: Why being in a "Bull in a China Shop" no longer works today! - 08/04/09 09:45 PM
Okay, today the preverbial "Straw that broke the camels back" hit me...so here is why, and my advice to the "Ruling Class" out there! Folks- Forcing things, threatening, having your Manager call, or just plain being a Bull in a China Shop no longer works today! All it does it create more problems, animosity, and stress! It gets WORSE when this is passed on to the customer! I have some absolutely CLASSIC qoutes coming in here...but will try NOT to be VERBOSE! ( call or email Jason Sardi for a definition of verbose LOL ) I got this comment today

brokers: Two EVIL words for Realtors & Lenders ALIKE to get to know..."Undue Influence"...IMPORTANT information on HVCC rules! - 06/19/09 04:17 PM
Much like many of my posts, I am inspired by something that happened to me, is happening, or has happened to someone else, or in this case, a blog by another ACTIVE RAINER. I spoke to a couple of senior members on this website before I posted this information, because I had considered linking to the blog that inspired me, as well as some of the comments that had been left.. Well, after much thought, I have decided to just post information instead...and let everyone reading draw their own conclusions! This is a VERY evil two word phrase right now,

brokers: When good faith estimates go bad!!! Request, no DEMAND a copy of the lock in agreement! Madison Wisconsin, please READ!! - 12/11/08 06:20 PM
Hello everyone! Couple of years ago, my father sent me an article from MONEY MAGAZINE that was entitled "When good faith estimates go bad". It was an awesome article actually, and the reason he sent it to me is because it featured one of my "so called competitors" in Madison, Wisconsin The article is dated May, 2006, and was written by Ellen McGirt. YOU SHOULD ALL GOOGLE IT! It is the best example of why quality mortgage lenders such as our company, and others are still in business, and alot of the reason to blame for WHY we are having problems
