I thought about my blog long and hard since last week...I originally published it with the statement listed below, but for some, that wasnt good enough...Sooo...contrary to my thinking, I decided to pull it, or take it down. This was VERY discouraging to me, because in the end all I was trying to do was help. The hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil, moronic monkeyman posts I have been reading lately are ticking me off! Why?? Because I spend all day responding to comments, posting and reposting the correct information, and more importantly trying to "RAISE THE BAR" within our industry! I havn't blogged in a while, so hopefully this followup will not be too far removed from the 1st part!This PMI business is getting more and more confusing everyday! It is NO wonder that Realtors, customers, and lenders are getting more turned off by it and are doing everything they can to avoid it!
To be clear, I initially blogged on Radian Guaranty and their "free after 5 community mortgage insurance" that is ONLY available to small town banks, credit unions and such....In that blog, there was a question posed from a guy named "Steve" in the responses: See below

Hello everyone! It's me again, affectionately known as D-Money! :)
For the first time in a long time, I kinda had a bad day today! It is ALWAYS A GREAT DAY to be in the mortgage business, but I lost a very large mortgage customer today that I have had with me for almost 5 years! Why you ask? Not because I did something wrong or badly, but because EVEN THO my rate and closing costs were lower than his Credit Union, they had cheaper PMI! AND CHEAPER BY QUITE ALOT!!!!!
