Below is my latest torrance real estate market report . The average Torrance home sales price was $487,376, which is significantly lower than a year ago. Average price dropped by 15.7 percent. This reverses the upward average price trend in Torrance that we reported this year. It will be interesting to see next month's stats and to see if the improvment in Torrance real estate continues despite the lower averages in May.
