Below is my latest torrance real estate market report .
The average Torrance home sales price was $487,376, which is significantly lower than a year ago. Average price dropped by 15.7 percent. This reverses the upward average price trend in Torrance that we reported this year. It will be interesting to see next month's stats and to see if the improvment in Torrance real estate continues despite the lower averages in May.

The Torrance real estate average sales price was lower in October 2010 by less than 1 percent, compared to same period a year ago. New Torrance average home price was $555,494.
We have experienced another big drop in sales volume. The number of sales was down by 33%. It also took longer to sell a house in Torrance. Average DOM - days on themarket - wa 68 compared to 46 days a year ago.

The number of sales has gone down from 117 July '09 to total of 89 in July '10.
