South Torrance and Walteria Real Estate
Torrance is a coastal community in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. It's mild Mediteranean climate, family friendly neighborhoods, close proximity to Los Angeles, excellent schools, less known Torrance beach, make Torrance a great place to live. In Torrance, we have many neighborhoods and communities. Today, I'll focus on South Torrance and Walteria communities.

walteria: Walteria Real Estate Market Update - 1st HALF of 2009 - 07/24/09 12:01 PM

Here is the latest Walteria real estate market report from www.ISellSouthBay.com
In the 1st half this year, 19 homes sold in Walteria, with the avg price of $665,205 compared with 25 homes sold a year ago and the avg price of $690,834. Average DOM (days on the market) was 84 days compared with 62 days in the same period a year ago. Prices dropped on average 3.7% and sales dropped as well. Sales were much stronger in other parts of Torrance - see Torrance real estate market update.
