Which sounds better to you? Option A: "Congratulations! You Qualify for a $7,500 First-time Homebuyer Tax Credit!" Option B: "Congratulations! You Qualify for $7,500 Interest-free First-time Homebuyer Loan, payable in 15 years! Not sure about you, but I'll take option A, Bob. Only, I'd still be on the hook for the $7,500 if I do!
