The Best Pizza Recipe - 11/14/10 10:45 PM
Basic Pizza Dough Recipe 1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon rapid rise yeast
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon warm water…  120-130* or follow your yeast packet instru

ctions
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for coating
Mix flour + sugar+ salt in bowl.  Sprinkle yeast on top.  Heat water + olive oil in the microwave 1 min. or so until 120-130* and check it using a candy thermometer.  This is for rapid-rise yeast… if using standard yeast, follow the instructions on the packet.  The water will be much cooler for standard yeast.

Today I was showing homes to a Canadian couple seeking a sunny getaway from Vancouver.  We had toured several homes in different neighborhoods and came to one of our final homes.  78098 
I could not locate the lock-box, and there was no "for sale sign", but the address was correct, so my weary buyers strolled up the side of the house and settled into the lounge chairs on the patio, (with gorgeous golf course views) and waited for me to gain entry.

Qualified buyers contact you, make appointments, you show them many properties... they change their mind.  Take their interest and dollars to another area.   Buyers come to town... but need to sell their home in Oklahoma first.  Sellers are unrealistic and think they have a "special property" worth much more than the comps.  Seasonal renters just jump from agent to agent... It all sounds familiar, right?
I am not complaining, but I have been plugging and plugging away in this seriously challenging market... and now I finally have a few contracts coming in.  Does anyone else have a hard time remembering … (44 comments)

  Mashable.com had an article a few weeks ago on the colors of the web and it made me think about the colors we use to market ourselves.
