Tonite I will go to bed early... and set my alarm for 1am! I'll be joining my girl-friends for a Royal Wedding Celebration Party at the La Quinta Country Club! My husband thinks it's silly--but we are are going to have a royal-good time!

I just closed on a home yesterday-- and had the perfect client. Abbie is 27, tech savvy-- able to e-mail, text,and fax with ease. She answered every message I sent her promptly. She only had to visit 3 neighborhoods and about 10 homes before making 2 cash offers on a bank-owned and a regular sale. We gained acceptance on both in 2 days...
