POSH PALM SPRINGS BOUTIQUE HOTEL Jeff Arrieta, general manager of POSH, and owner Susan Antal run an 11-room boutique hotel in Palm Springs. The newly-renovated hotel reflects Palm Springs' new brand image, “Like no place else.” The owners searched the country for the perfect location, and bought the hotel last year.
Suzy and Michael Antal trekked all over the country over the past two years to find the perfect B&B to buy and set their sights on Palm Springs. “We bought the Desert Bear in September 2009 for $850,000,'' and spent more than $150,000 to renovate it, Suzy said.
