Free Golf with your Condo in La Quinta!
When you own a condo at Palm Royale.... Unlimited Golf is free! Or at least included in your monthly HOA fees ($350). These fees also include many more amenities inclding the security gate, pools, tennis courts, landscaping, building maintenance and even upgraded cable!
This is the only development I know in the desert where golf is so reasonable... you and your significant other can play unlimited golf... right out your back door... and it is included in your reasonable HOA. Such a great deal!
