This weekend my brother was visiting from Kansas and we wanted to share the beauty of our desert with he and his girlfriend. We all have our list of the top places to go and things to do here. I love big CATS... and was so excited to hear about the latest addition to The Living Desert in Palm Desert, CA. This pretty kitty needs a name... and they are having a contest to find a good one! The Living Desert is looking for help to name its newest addition: a 2-year-old female jaguar. The contest runs through March 21 for a new exhibit opening April 1.
