Welcome to Main Street Broken Arrow Oklahoma! From the time Broken Arrow became a town in 1903 until the mid 1960's the population remained fairly constant. However when the Broken Arrow Expressway opened in the mid 1960's everything changed! Despite a growing population, the quality of public safety in Broken Arrow never changed. Broken Arrow rated the stste of Oklahoma's Safest City in 2004 and #46 in the nation, based on major crime reports in cities of 75,000 or more. broken: Should Buyers have their own REALTOR!

Often times I am asked from Buyers, "Why do I need a REALTOR?" There are several benefits to having a REALTOR to work for you. Only real estate licensees registered with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) can be termed as a REALTOR. I meet with my clients and discuss their financing options. If they have not already spoke with a lender I refer them to several and let them chose the one that works for them. A REALTOR will research the areas of the buyers interest and communicate to the buyers the latest properties available in those areas that match their criteria. … (8 comments)
