Shuswap Housing Market Slides Quietly into Fall
Sicamous, BC -The Shuswap Zone of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board
(OMREB) reported September 2010 sales activity of all MLS® property types remained quiet moving into fall.

While inventory continues to increase and provide more selection for buyers and sales volumes have improved year-to-date, new listings and unit sales are down from last year and last month.
Inventory rose 8.74% compared to last September to 1,854 units from 1,705, but new listings were down 6.54% over 2009 to 143 from 153 - dipping 20.99% … (0 comments)
