I have had the oddest late summer, crazy winter of a Realtor/ moms lifetime. My blogs have suffered but one might be able to argue it was for a good cause. The cause being my son and how one simple viral video, of something he does everyday can change a families life.

Randy with Craftmaster contacted me a few months ago to ask for handyman work. I am a property manager so I did have a few jobs if he could submit a resume and prove he was a Galveston certified contractor, which he said was no issue. After talking with him several times this week and explaining I would be in touch as soon as a tenant contacted me he called after 7 PM on a Saturday night and continued to call until I finally went to call him back to explain my property management office hours in a nice manner. I have been a long time member of Point 2 agent (since 2003). It pains me to write this email yet I feel this is an important message for ALL business owners. As a business owner who both sells and builds homes I am reluctant to ever give an excuse, even if the customer is wrong. It just does not resonate well. One of our favorite neighborhoods in the Clear Lake area is Clear Lake Shores. It is the perfect place to just live the tranquil lifestyle. Some of this eclectic treasures attributes are the parrots lose within the community trees, families fishing from the islands pier, plus the community parks and ample beautification apparent throughout. In the evenings you see so many residents out on their decks enjoying the sea breeze. If you own a home with a view then you really will love this area. I had the pleasure of taking a few moments just to enjoy the weekend. Here is a photo from our weekend fun in Galveston and Clear Lake.
This particular picture was taken while enjoying Crawfish at Fish Tails on 25th and Seawall. Our kids love the view and we enjoy the food. There is nothing better then having a nice afternoon, watching the ocean waves, and enjoying a few pounds of Crawfish. You should try it.
