Our Stamford single family sales are holding strong at 39 for the month of April- just 3 fewer than March. With the least expensive property, a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom in the west side of town selling for $193,500, when listed at $225,000.  While the most expensive property sold at $1,750,000. This property was a 2,700+ square foot, 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home in the Dolphin Cove community was last listed at $1,895,000.

The inventory of single family homes available for sale is continually growing, in March there were 406 (data pulled 3/5/12), April had a total of 467 (data pulled 4/11/12) and … (6 comments)
