Tax Credit NOT Just for First Time Buyers

Are you taking advantage of the revised First Time Buyer Tax Credit?

Not only has the credit been extended to First Time Buyers for up to $8000, up until April 30, 2010, but NOW, the credit also grants current homeowners who are purchasing a new home before April 30th a credit of up to $6,500.

Properties being purchased may be single family homes, condos, co-ops, or townhomes, and may have a purchase price of up to $800,000.

If you are thinking of buying or selling, why not take advantage of this tax credit from our government, before it's too late!
