I have a deal where my buyers were looking to close this week. They wanted to be in their new home before next week because they're teachers and were hoping to work on the home during school vacation. So I was aware that their attorney was trying to set something up and get a closing going. I emailed him this morning and he told me that he was still trying to get confirmation from all parties and he'll let me know when he's got all the details. OK......but then at 12:30 I get a call from my buyers. SUPRISE!!!....we're closing in … (6 comments)
