My happy buyers are lovin' their newly purchased "little piece of pie in the sky".   This nearly new home is on 1 acre of peaceful mountain living among the beautiful wild flowers and aspens now gradually turning their fall colors.  This cabin is adorable near Jefferson CO.  It takes about 2 hrs. to travel there on Hwy. 285 through Conifer and Bailey, but the drive there alone, is breathtaking and the time goes by quickly.

Not every state has In N Out Burgers.  I love to get one when I go to visit my daughter in California.  Love their fresh ingredients and their prices are great!  But here in Colorado we do not have In N Out Burgers, but a really great substitute is Five Guys Burgers.  Try it sometime if you are a burger and fries person. For anyone out there sitting on the fence to purchase a home in this great buyer's market, you may need to get off that fence quickly, if your loan is near the current limits FHA has on their loans, as the limits are about to decrease.  Loan limitations vary according to the county in which the home is located.  Here are the new limits for Denver area counties for your information:
