A client contacted me this morning about a home in Manhattan Beach that I wasn't aware was even for sale.  She found the home on one of the big web portals and asked that I look into it.  I certainly run into this fairly often and usually the house isn't actually for sale.  This time it was on the market and actually on my MLS. 
The homes location was listed as "Out of Area" meaning it's not a city that's part of our MLS, had the square footage left off (it's a tiny home so maybe it was strategic), the age was … (1 comments)

New Website for Torrance Real Estate - 08/03/11 04:05 PM
