realtor: Two Very Exciting Words......Standard Sale! - 01/26/12 11:46 AM
I was responding to a comment on one of my foreclosure posts and the other Realtor had commented that foreclosures can be such a pain.  There are no arguments here which led me to think about how excited I am when a client contacts me with real interest in a home and I look at the listing and it says "Standard Sale".  I think there might literally be a sigh of relief.  I have loads of experience with short sales but that sure doesn't mean I don't appreciate the simpler challenges of a standard sale.

realtor: Ice Skating In Redondo Beach? You Gotta Love this Town - 10/08/08 06:23 PM
One of the many reasons I enjoy living in the South Bay is the diversity and quality of the activities.  That, coupled with small town charm, makes for a wonderful place to visit and call home.  While most of the activities are centered around the beach and the ocean, the city of Redondo Beach has outdone themselves.  This winter they are offering outdoor ice skating at the Seaside Lagoon in King Harbor.  Nothing like watching boats sail by and the sun setting into the Pacific while enjoying this wonderful winter pasttime.   Located in the beautiful King Harbor of Redondo Beach, California, … (6 comments)
