I am going to take this blog down a personal road that I believe is effecting many singles out there in this tough economy. I hear it day after day, that they are not only losing their homes, livelihood but as well their relationships.

Did you know the fastest growing segment in the real estate market is non-married buyers. With the girls leading the pack with figures averaging 25% and men right behind with 9%. But if you look at the numbers there is still a very larger percentage of this demographic that is still renting.So, why do singles wait?
