Hi it has been a long while, and i am still not sure how to blog.  I do however know how to vent and that is what i am going to do.  When we become Realtors we have certain ETHICS we are to uphold for our clients.  Should we not have to uphold those same ethics with each other?  I was phoned over and over by ReplyReal-estate. Thought i was dealing with a upstanding sales associate but within one week of joining there membership, I am so discouraged .  He did not tell me correctly about the billing process, or turning back in the leads they give you that are invalid.  I feel so stupid, i am not a stupid person but i sure did fall hard for this scam.  I guess i should have listened to my gut, if it sounds to true than it is to true.  Instead i listened to my head telling me that the BBB gave it a grade of an A-, i should have also checked the complaint even though the grade was high, so are the complaints.  I don't mean to bad mouth, i am angry. Some of you may have tried this site and may have had great success, I however am out money i raelly didnt have( who does in todays market?) and my fiath in fellow realtor s is a little shot.  I know this firm is out of my state, but they should investigate there leads a little more for the area they are referring to.  I am not trying to sound like a cry baby, or even sour grapes.  I should have investigated a little more, and I should have listened to my gut.  We are trained to follow our gut, so fellow who Realtors who have a heart, investigate and listen to your gut.  Don't be swayed by a member of our field thinking all of us care.  WE all don't.  To some of us money is money, and if you have to bend the rules, you will do so, just as long as they are not bent to much to get into trouble.   Hey if you can do that and sleep at night than your a darn goods salesman, and good for you, myself however i have a sense of right and wrong and i am truly glad about that.  If that is how i can become a top Realtor than it will never happen, no matter what i won't let this bad market change who i am.  I like sleeping at night and knowing that I have values and ethics and that is what makes me a good Realtor, Friend, and co-worker.  Thanks for letting me brunt I feel better. Have a great day, and let me know what you think.  Katie
