lake county 2010 indiana property tax circuit breaker assessment cap: 2010 Tax Circuit Breaker - 03/28/07 04:47 PM

I know local business owners are pretty excited about the 2010 2% tax cap circuit breaker, but I've been predicting all along that it will never, can never, become reality. The fact of the matter is, local government can't afford it.Well, here is one recent article from The Times Newspaper that gives you an idea of the panic this vote getting legislation is already causing:
