Bank of America HAFA Short Sale process improvements. Bank of America sent out a letter today that as of Dec 1 2011 they made changes to the short sale process that will reduce the time needed to complete a short sale. " When a short sale is submitted with an offer and the homeowner is HAFA eligible, we will no longer halt work on the file while waiting to contact the homeowner. Thank you Bank of America - Enjoy the Pizza! We closed a short sale today with the help of Jim Wilson at UTLS.This short sale file had been dragging and going nowere until I contacted the Bank of America social team at Twitter and they put me in touch with Jim. Jim got the file back on track and we closed in two weeks Thanks Jim,lunch is on me I ordered a couple pizza's for you and your team.

Good News.Video update on the new Bank of America Short Sale policy. Earlier this week Bank of America emailed a notice to many Realtors with this good news. What's wrong with this letter from the Bank of America short sale dept? After 4 months of trying to contact the negotiator assigned to my clients short sale I get an email from him.I have been talking to the short sale dept every 10 days and have been told on many of my status calls that the file is complete.We have sent them all required documents.I ALWAYS ask do you have all documents,do you need anything from my clients the sellers.The pat answer is the file is complete and under review.
