Approximately 26 percent of all U.S. residential sales last year were foreclosures,this is down from 29 percent of all sales in 2009.
More home are now sold via a short sale which is being offered as an alternative to the foreclosure process.In fact many home owners that have gone more that 60 days late with their mortgage are now being offeredcash to cooperate with their lenders during the short sale process.

Short Sale Specialist-No sign needed.
I have found that many of the short sale listing appointments thatI go out to here in Temecula the seller request no sign on the property. This is not aproblem. Today the for sale sign is not as important as it has been in the past. Todaya Good agent can get the word out with out a sign. The Internet and MLS and plenty ofgood pictures will get the job of exposure done. The real estate sign is a great tool butin a short sale it is not necessary.
