realtor: Wondering What Successful Listing Agents are Doing to Sell Their Listings - 07/11/11 04:34 PM
I wanted to start a thread on what Listing Agents think the single most important thing they do to market a listing.  Hoping to get some good discussion and ideas going.
So with that said, Ill start:
I find that exceptional photography has been one of my most important tools in getting a listing sold.  I currently go out with a wide angle lens on a DSLR, with a tripod and multiple flashes.  I use a combination of multiple flashes and blending techniques using Adobe Elements and and Photomatrix.
