When he passed during my senior year of high school (MacArthur HS, 1997), Momma Bea (Berniece Gibson) completed his term for him. Although Big Daddy and Momma Bea never had to deal with budgets and concerns to the magnitude of Bexar County (Kevin Wolff), my brother (Luke LeGrand) and I grew up learning about how important ingress/egress is to commerce. A small county road washing out that keeps farmers and ranchers (Nixon, Texas was Big Daddy's home) from getting their product to market has similar economic impact to the individual business owners
